Artifacts when viewed without camera

Hi
When viewing without the camera I'm getting some strange triangular shaped artifacts (2 views attached: with and without the camera)

Theses artifact are mostly visible in orthographic view not in perspective view.
True ??

I vaguely remember a problem related to having the camera far clipping plane to far (very faaaaaaar)

I've simplified the scene (needed to be smaller to upload) but the issue is still there.

Properties > Scene > Units > Advanced LuxCore Settings >
Set
Min. Epsilon higher (Default: 0.00001)
ie: set to:
0.0001
