Is there a fixed speed for rendering, because my samples only go up by 1 every time the film refreshes.

No, rendering speed depends on your scene configuration and the hardware you have available.
If your samples go up that slowly, your scene might be very hard to render, or your hardware is very slow. Can you give us more details about both?

My scene isn't that complex it's just a cup with water in it. I think my pc is just trash (No Gpu and a somewhat slow and outdated Cpu)

Maybe we can help improve renderspeed if you share more about it

It is a Cup with Water in it. I'm planning to add ice cubes, water bubbles and water vapour to it. I am also using Caustics.

I mean the blendfile if it is not too private for you ;)

Here is the blend file:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uJ-EYg ... sp=sharing
How do I also get rid of the black parts of the glass?

I'm getting 1.6 M samples/sec here on a Ryzen 7 2700x, which is quite high samples/sec for Bidir. So the slowness on your side is most likely due to your hardware.

I would recommend to re-create your glass and liquid materials using LuxCore nodes, because you will need to use the volume priority setting to handle the overlapping glass and liquid correctly. I have done that in the attached .blend file. (also, Cycles procedural textures are not supported in LuxCore)

You need to raise the max. path depth:
