Re: User defined and driven importance sampling

What happens with animation though? I guess it is most usable for still images or quick specific region renders

Re: Blender 2.8 objectid color

Has it worked before? Maybe it is a limitation of object id color

Re: LuxCore multipass composite

Using aov's to build beuty gives you control over whole render which is extremely useful for vfx compositing. Fine tuning colors, specular strength etc. There's no way to get 100% result in render and sometimes it is needed to make changes in post. I'm just being a bit picky about aov's not giving s...

But the only way I could imagine is that denoised beauty would be the sum of denoised aov's, not just ...

Re: LuxCore multipass composite

Thanks B.Y.O.B for pointing out the clamping. This was the culprit behind my confusion. Clamping is not applied to aov's so I got those bright pixel, now everything makes sense

Re: LuxCore multipass composite

Beauty combined from aov's has some much brighter pixels. I'mt trying to figure out why I cannot get identical result to beauty that is coming from render.

This is just opencl render without light tracing

Re: LuxCore multipass composite

I am trying to rebuild beauty using LuxCore aov's. but the result does not match with the result that is combined by render engine.
