Leather Material

To make a material like a soft white leather for a sofa - like in the attached image, aside from the bump and scratches etc, should this be done with just a Glossy translucent or do I need a volume as well? And any other help with leather materials would be great.
Sorry if the answer should be obvious, but I'm going around in circles
Thank you

As far as I know, Glossy Translucent has to always have volume attached. It is very strange material, though. From my point of view, glossy translucent with clear volume and low roughness should be glass-like, but somehow it's surface is very scattering, no matter the volume. Well, leather is pretty scattering material, so it wouldn't bother you there.
Another thing you'd probably want to watch out for is such funny things:
To avoid it, Auto-detect Camera Volume should be disabled and Camera Volume set to "---" (none).
