what is the unit of the irradiance pass?

Hallo all,
I'm trying to get a physical value out of the irradiance map (blendluxcore 2.6).
Are the values is W/m²?
And how can I convert to lux?
The values of the irradiance path are changing if I alter the color temprature, but I can't find the right conversion to lux...
Can you give me a hint?

Doesn't it depend on settings as mentioned in
