Normal Map results in black texture using AMD GPU?

When I check the 'normal map' checkbox for the normal texture, and plug it into the bump input of the Disney shader, the result is a completely black texture? It works fine when using CPU, but not when using my AMD GPU. How to solve this issue? I'm guessing it's a driver issue, but if someone can guide me which driver has this issue resolved, I'll be grateful

That's happened to me all the time and it is not just about the AMD it is with any kind of GPU when you use mix node to combine bump and normal bump or use normal bump with a big number.
It's been a long time since I face the issue exactly after luxcore 2.4.
With Cpu everything is fine but with GPU the issue will show up all the time.
If you can send the scene especially in simple form it is better to check the problem.

In such case a simple test scene plus some screencpture of your result may help alot faster.

Here is the screen recording of the issue -> https://youtu.be/coUwHGDO38I

Attached the material node tree setup image, and blend file (although i'm not sure if the blend file stores/contains the relevant textures)
