Hello

For some reason on my Lenovo Legion with gtx 1660 ti I am experiencing vero low samples/sec with CUDA rendering. I have used danish mood scene and the results are:

Cuda samples/sec 50K
Opencl samples/ sec 2.0M

Same results on Luxcore 2.5 and daily 2.6
Tested on windows 10. Cycles working with no problems on cuda rendering. Any ideas where is the problem?

It may be related to Optix (i.e. RTX where available support). You should try to enable CUDA but disable Optix.

Optix has shown to be very slow in some cases in some not-RTX GPU.

I dont see anwhere in blender addon option to disable Optix?? My gtx 1070ti on desktop machine works perfectly fine...
Could it be realated just to gtx1660ti model?

I think it may be an option not exposed in Blender (because it is not usually useful). I can explain to you how to run LuxCore stand alone version and how to enable/disable options but it somewhat complex if you are not familiar with command line commands, etc.

Are you sure to use the same NVIDIA driver version on the 1660 and the 1070 ?

Yes both are using same new versions of drivers. I have even installed studio version on gtx1660ti and there is no change....oepencl is working full speed Cuda is somehow lagging by a lot...2M/sec vs 50k/sec is a big difference :?

I have also downloaded and tested OctaneBench with RTX option enabled and it works perefctly fine on gtx1660ti.
