This jewel has pavé setting and honeycomb on the inside, high jewellery tradition.
Made with Blender 2.93 and Luxcore 2.4

Great job on the modelling. The lighting setup and choice of DOF confuses me a bit though.

I fully agree with AndreasResch. Renders look better when more attention is paid to setting up lights, materials, and post-processing than modeling.
