the stones are dark, not attractive.

but the render itself does not evoke the desire to own this ring

I see the potential, that's why I made a sensible comment.
If the job was hopeless, I would simply praise, or keep silent. But you have good modeling, good Luxcore. The only thing missing is the skill of the marketing presentation of the product. This is the 5% of skill that makes excellent work out of average. This is the 5% of the work that takes 95% of the time.

in general, jewelry renders are extremely complex.
and I wonder why Luxcore still hasn't taken this area back. He has everything for this.

So far, I have made more than 3000 (and surely more) jewellery renders and designs...
So many flavours, so many styles, so many tastes, so many experiments, sometimes for fun, sometimes for money, sometimes for glory.
It is simply honest to state that I am far beyond by now. I started making jewellery renders in the year 2000.
After working so much, I have been called and told all the bad and all the good. Praised and made like shit so many times...
it is just people's duty, yes duty, to know the extent of my work...
What you see is 0.00001% of my work, resumed, in mere words and a couple of images, as a reminder that people only see the tip of the iceberg.

I am set to keep expanding my creative freedom yet again.
Some images from last year: Sometimes they say I don't take critiques well, I have been a successful independant artist and teacher at international level for the past 20 years. To put it into perspective, they rarely come to me with accurate and constructive critiques. Most of the time I create with very specific goals, trying to achieve something for reasons unkown to the outside world. People who really know me, know that anyway I always listen to everybody, even if I many times seem to reject any opinion. My work has grown in so many directions for that exact reason.
