Problem with normal maps/bump and GPU/OPENCL

The problem is the following:
Normal maps break the material in the render, the same goes for bumps.
This only happens with gpu.
On cpu the materials work fine.

My specs:
intel i5 3330 3ghz
amd rx470
8gb ram
Win 10
Blender 2.83.4 and 2.82
luxcore 2.4
