how do i disable the cast shadow？

Edit: Looks like I was wrong, learn something new every day.

From the websites landing page:

LuxCoreRender is a physically based and unbiased rendering engine. Based on state of the art algorithms, LuxCoreRender simulates the flow of light according to physical equations, thus producing realistic images of photographic quality.

I don't believe you can turn off shadows for an object.

Material Output node > Advanced > Change Shadow Color from Black to White
