I get this when I try to activate Luxcorerender after install. What's going wrong?

Did you correctly clean your blender and folder from old Luxblend addon before ?

Blender version (nightly build from april 9th):

blender-2.79.0-git.e0452cc-windows64

I did an uninstall of old version Luxrender in preferences and restarted Blender. What else can I do?

Custom Blender builds and buildbot builds are not supported.

The path in the screenshot seems to suggest you are using a build from GIT You have to use the 2.79a/b Blender Foundation official build from blender.org.

Anyway, you can also try to check if there is a pyluxcore.pyd in your "Users/<user name>/AppData/Roaming/Blender Foundation/Blender/2.79/scripts/addons/BlendLuxCore/bin" directory.

Thx for the answer, but unfortunately I can't find the folder you're referring to. I have "C:\Users\Tore" but in here there is no subfolder called Appdata??

It's hidden by default.
Type %appdata% in your explorer address bar.

Ah, yes of course. Now I found the folder, and it have a file called Pylux.pyd. Tried to delete it, but that didn't go down well, so now it is back. But problem isn't solved, so I guess I'll ave to install another version of Blender then...

Now I have installed Blender 79b and reinstalled LuxCoreRender, and now it works!!! Yaiih! Looking forward to trying it out! Thanks a lot for all the help
