there is no limit right i know blender has built in limit of 1024 but you can just open another instance to get another 1024 is luxcore render the same?

There is no limit in the number of threads LuxCore can use. May be BlendLuxCore has a limit in place for the GUI

Yes, because I use the Blender property with its auto-detection of CPU cores, but also with its limitations.
You can use any number you want if you edit this line of code: https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/BlendL ... fig.py#L87
If you use the CPU in addition to an OpenCL GPU, you need to change this line:
