Noisy volumetric lighting

why does volumetric lighting look still noisy after 5000 samples with BiDir and Metropolis is there a way to clean this up it happens when i set my camera volume correctly of course cause if it is not set it renders with no noise but i lose my volumetric lighting coming in through window

We need the blend file to check how it's set up to see what causes the fireflies.
