Hi Omid and Ericka,
I think there is something broken, like the car paint material it is less reflective than matte material,
The null keeps crashing max by loading it. Render setting window keeps forgetting the setting for auto default light and about gpu/cpu devices.
I'm on max 2021, maybe on previous max it's not happening.
If someone can confirm i'm going to report it.

Tried it on Max 2020, but it's frequently crashing. And one thing I instantly noticed is that render/film doesn't refresh until render is canceled.
Anyways, you are doing great work & I hope you get more community support

I'm checking it right now, it should be a simple clinch i change the parameters for null material maybe that's the source of the problem, but it's not happening for me so if you capture the screen and send it to me or give me a better error message, or at least how to replicate the issues would be faster to fix it.
Did you try to uninstall the old plugin first?
For me, it's not happening and that makes it hard to fix.
I need a better error message, maybe it has a problem with any other plugins.

yes i uninstalled old build, before to install the new one, and to be sure I also tried deleting the MaxtoLux files manually from max root before to install it again for a second time.
What happens to me with null material is that when i open the material editor, I open the window to load a new material in the slot, after selecting lux null, max crashes instantly, exactly as it was the case with the previous build.
Later i will take a screen and post it

All problems you mention are fixed now including the null material problem.

Done, you can download the new build and test it.
I think all the issues you mention get fixed.
It was a conflict with Vray materials.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it was a conflict with Vray material.
It is fixed now, remove the old one and try the new build.
