The suzanne model is non-manifold, which makes it unsuited for anything with transparent/translucent materials.
It is expected to look wrong with volumes, glass etc.

Thanks for the simpler scene.
The error seems to happen when using a mix material and a volume on a material output.
Have to debug further.

Can you explain what you are trying to do?
It looks like you have 4 Volumes in the scene. The world, cube and camera are all using a different volume each.

something like this (simulating ambient fog around the sphere) :

just make an error on the cube volume: it should be cubeV(volume). but the result is not right :?

I think you can just assign one volume to the world, that's enough.
The world volume should be a homogeneous volume with multiscattering disabled and scattering scale around 0.1 for fog.
You can delete the cube I think.
And camera can be switched to auto-detect volume.

Cycles motion blur vs Luxcore motion blur

10sc each render on the same cpu/ no clamp for both/ shutter at 45 for both:

You have to raise the amount of steps (camera settings, below shutter).
This kind of movement can not be interpolated correctly with only 2 steps.
This is with 20 steps (maybe you need less/more):

nice thanks for the tips. do you also think it is possible to mimic the same result ? also why our Motion blur is so noisy ?

EDIT

I'm also experimenting a slow down in render due to noisy deph of field.
