That sounds great job, i enjoy the new build, now i need a little bit of time to see how it's working.
Re: MaxToLux - Autodesk 3ds Max Integration for LuxCoreRender
Hi, yesterday i tried the caustic scene again, Editing the new render setting so to get transparent glass, without that greysh color when the glass has thickness. I didn't succeed
@TAO can you post the setting you used for the quoted image?
btw, dispersion is so wonderful
Edired: I tried shawod catcher, it works I need to master better the setting to get better result.

Re: MaxToLux - Autodesk 3ds Max Integration for LuxCoreRender
downloaded I will try it later.
I run a test with the old scene, editing render setting as suggested. dispersion is awesome with caustics
only the liquid in the glass, keep looking a bit grey
Re: MaxToLux - Autodesk 3ds Max Integration for LuxCoreRender
you can use more bounce or lighter color or use transparency shadow or combination of all to remove the odd effect(it will be perfectly clear), by the way, it is totally normal because of the thickness of the area. adding a little bit of color will make it more natural.

Fixing the shader name not shown in 3dsmax material editor compact earlier version before 3dsmax 2022.

Re: MaxToLux - Autodesk 3ds Max Integration for LuxCoreRender
I'll try the new caustics scene later.
Maybe if you have time, can you set up a scene to work with glass and volume. A spehere would be already enough.
Or if you can make a screen of the needed settings.
Thank you in advance.
