Sometime, Windows Update breaks NVIDIA OpenCL driver installation. It is something we have seen to happen in the past. Can you try to re-install NVIDIA drivers ?
I installed Nvidia drivers two days ago, when the pc was delivered to me, but I can re-install them to make sure they work properly ...

Render crash on Nvidia GPUs but works on Amd GPUs
Hi, I've a problem to render a scene on my new pc, that didn't exsist on my older one and I can't figure it out why.
When I try to render the scene below, blender istantly crashes.

Everything worked sucessfully on two GPU AMD 580 rx, but not now on two Nvidia GeForce RTX ...
