Roughness 0.5 would be much better.

I was going to try to improve this scene, but I didn't work on it for some months now, so I'll just post it here.

The last one rendered for more time than the first, about 12 days, 12608 samples, even so it has "dots"...
Adding the .blend too if anyone is interested.
