I hope there will be a development. I love Luxcore.

Just logged in to ask same question. Really hope Lux doesn't stuck at it own deadend.

As Simon Wendsche aka B.Y.O.B. is left out from main developer for Blender because he didn't took enough moneys for his development between a long terms now there are just a few some guys stayed up here like Michel Klemm (Blender) and Omit Ghotbi (MaxToLux). I just forked a few days ago BlendLuxCore from github but I can helps with just some GUI-related stuffs only for now.
Here an example from what I have done: - updated some icons;
- removed some unused filter types;
- changed denoiser to OIDN by default.

Can't appreciate enough that there are people keeping on developing this awesome project.
