I'm getting the error message:
Error: "Mesh" objects has no attribute "vertex_normals"
When I try to switch my viewport mode to "render". Has anybody experienced this before?
Attached are screenshots.

Re: Error: "Mesh" objects has no attribute "vertex_normals"
How about...
otherwise, copy/paste geo into new/clean scene then, if still troubling, strip that scene part by part until you find your culprit.Re: Error: "Mesh" objects has no attribute "vertex_normals"
Thanks for your answer. Yep, I'm aware of that rule but the 2mb limit doesn't always make it practical or possible.
Luckily after a few times reloading the file, the issue went away. Strange but good enough result for me!

Re: Error: "Mesh" objects has no attribute "vertex_normals"
Could simply link it, since there are lot of hosting sites like G-Drive, OneDrive, Mega, Wetransfer, MediaFire, Yandex,...
Glad it solved itself for you
