In windows 10 running blendluxcore or standalone Luxcore it's the same in terms of performance, the same samples per second.
Sarmath what is the version of the nvidia drivers and the cuda toolkit you are using?

Nvidia driver version is 510.47.03 and Cuda toolkit is 11.6.0-1.
WIndows 11 Pro Ryzen 7 5700x RTX 3090 32 GB RAM
