Hello,
I'm working on a scene that has a glass vase in it. For some reason, the glass renders with a slight frosted effect and a kind of radiating smudging pattern. Anybody have any ideas what might be going on?

By the way, for what it's worth, I know the dispersion value is very high. It's for artistic effect.

Disconnect your bump map and see if the frosting is still there, most likely the cause. Consider mixing a standard and rough glass instead of using the bump map for height.
Also not 100% if it defaults, but you don't have a UV-Map selected either in your 2d mapping node.
