Hi Guys,
Finally, I found some time to start learning Luxcore. Right now I use it only for my personal tests - trying to understand shading, doing some test at PBR textures in lux regular shaders, how to setup sss, glass or metal materials.
I don't want to start every time a new thread when posting something here so, Its OK if I'll post future work in this thread and use it as a sketchbook?
b2przemo renders
Re: b2przemo renders
All look very nice. I really the character. It is well done. Do you have light tracing enable in bottle scene for caustics ?
Re: b2przemo renders
It was rendered in 2.2 version of Lux and to frankly speaking don't remember the exact cache settings I've used. For sure it was done with BiDir but those were the first test on glass materials.
Glad You liked it.
btw. Now I've noticed the tutorial about skin that You posted... Thanks, that's what I need for the next project

Re: b2przemo renders
Another cyberpunk character. A syndicate agent.
Re: b2przemo renders
Raian Kure from the Kengan Asura anime. Rendered in Lux 2.4. minor color corrections in Darktable, the Japanese kanji description added in photoshop.
Re: b2przemo renders
A small office home idea. Minor color corrections in Darktable - mostly exposure and the white balance.
Re: b2przemo renders
That one is really beautifull. well done

@Sharlybg Thank You, I'm Glad You like it
I wish to have some more time to do something bigger than "the corner" interior, something like a large industrial office with a lot of metallic constructions and raw concrete walls. I like how the Lux can deal with metallic shaders.
