Nothing too exciting, just a quick test of LuxCore Alpha 5 (and my first real rendering with LuxCore that's kind of OK)
Still Life
Re: Still Life
Always a pleasure to see Luxcore used on high quality artwork ! well done for your first render with the engine.
This is really not far to be spoted in the Gallery also.
If you want some idea to improve as it is a wip :
___ Less more reflections on wood and fruit (the 3 fruits on the middle green, apple, black)
___ A good reference that can help target higher possible quality Bertrand benoit still life here : https://bertrand-benoit.com/blog/a-better-scan/
Please continue this way.

Re: Still Life
Hey guys!
Thanks for the quick reaction. Sorry to kind of disappoint you but this is just some free photogrammetry models downloaded from https://www.behance.net/gallery/6060137 ... r-Download and 3 area lights.
I experimented a bit by adding a clear coat layer with the "Glossy Coating Material" to some materials (like the apple and the lime) just for getting a feel for LuxCore. That might be why these objects are extremely reflective (which I like ).
I love the boost of speed of development and hope to use LuxCore in real projects in the near future
