"FATAL ERROR RUNNING CMAKE" at Windows

Now I have the same problem on one system: win_bison is there but it is not detected by cmake.
On my other PC everything is working fine, as well as on Azure.

I will look into this as soon as possible.

Forget about that, I just had a modified cmake-build-x64.bat which I did not remember of.
Everything's working fine here.
