volume scatter material
Hi! The volume scatter shader hasn't been ported to LuxCoreRender. For what reason do you need it? You could achieve the same with a 'Null' Material and a homogeneous scattering volume. The volume can be added with the 'add' button next to the interior volume input in the output node as FiatLux wrote.

Re: volume scatter material
any idea on when it will imported.cuz I badly need to make clouds...
Re: volume scatter material
We can read your messages even if the text is not bold.
The scatter material is not good for making clouds.
Use a null material with interior volume.
Use a hetereogenous volume.
Texture the scattering color with a volumetric texture, and raise the scattering scale.
Or: use the Blender smoke simulator.

Re: volume scatter material
Thank you for helping.
Re: volume scatter material
Making realistic clouds is a very complex task.
I think we could give better tips if you describe more closely what you plan to do: Do you need the clouds as background objects far away, or is a plane flying through them and they need a lot of detail? Do they need to be animated? etc.
