It's a great model, but what's that bit in the middle of the attached pic? It looks like some tiles are floating in mid-air.

Lol, yes. I tried selecting and deleting that portion of tiles but its joined to
other tiles. Can not go into edit mode. Have to repair that problem with SketchUp.
Could be a bug with blender but dont want to go through the hassle of reporting it.
Have gone through to many bugs here already. :)

If you would like to upload the file either as a blend or step I could take a look at it for you. I'm not a Blender expert, but not bad at TopSolid.

An update.
I removed a ground plane covering the sidewalk and road.
This is getting boring. I want to work on an interior scene.

The bush is from ngPlant.

I was checking out both renders and when I removed the ground plane it removed some reflection on the side
of the walls.
