What LuxCore version are you using ? Have you tried the under development v2.6 ? There may be a problem on old cards when using Optix (i.e. NVIDIA library to use RTX on new GPUs).
Luxcore 2.4 for blender. I can and will try a newer version. I have the settings in blender on Cuda, but see the same thing in OpenCL.
