round edges?

Post by jrgmll »

Hi everyone. First: congratulations and thanks for this amazing software. Ive always complaint about some features of cycles and finally luxcore is the answer. For sure i will donate and do my best to support this renderer.

The question im trying to find out is if there is a way of converting the sharp edges into rounded ones just for the render.

Thanks in advance :)

If you mean rounding the edges on shader level, there's a feature request about that: https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/LuxCore/issues/132
But it is not yet implemented.

For now you can bake your normal map w/ Bevel node in Cycles & use it w/ LuxCore.
