As title suggest I am looking for a way to save the denoise OIDN render as EXR file.
For the moment under blender after the denoise compute done save as EXR just save the
Undenoised render.

I think that's Blender issue (had few other fallouts with it as well).
For now, Radiance & tiff are best working alternatives.

Denoised image should be on a different pass if I remember correctly. Although, perhaps, I got confused and I'm talking about multi-layer EXR?

Hi Sharly, connect the DENOISED pass to your Composite Output.
