The problem seems to be 2.83 here. In 2.83 it doesn't work for me neither. It does in 2.91 and 2.92.

1.3 oidn is impressive!
Now there is no problem with blurred areas on some textures with details

Strange, working fine in 2.83.12 LTS, 2.91.2 & 2.92 (same addon distributed to blender version respective foolders)

IME also, OIDN 1.3 results are best compared to other denoisers now.

I notice you still have tbbmalloc.dll, can you try deleting that?

Also your OpenImageIO.dll is named OpenImageIO_LuxCore.dll :?

That should be ok, we have renamed the library in Windows builds to avoid some compatibility issues for the 3dsMax plugin.
