I haven't tried Luxcore for a while. But as I've seen that there has been work done one texture randomization, I wanted to see if random texture rotation is working in the meanwhile. Texture Bombing looks nice, but it also leads to some random tiling that I don't want to create. There's still are no inputs for the Random socket in the 2D Mapping node, so I don't really find a way how to get to the random rotation.
Maybe somebody can give me a hint. Attached is a screenshot of what I would wish to create.

I have the feeling you are looking for UVRandomMapping2D (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2533), not for texture bombing
