All shading related feature are planned for 2.3 version. The next big thing is actually Blender 2.8 support.

All LuxCore materials are already physically based. Only a few have minor problems with energy conservation, e.g the rough glass material which needs to be updated to the modern GGX model.
In case you meant when the disney principled shader will be implemented - that's planned for v2.3.
