Subdivision modifier

Post by wasd »

It seems like render goes without modifier.

Geometry:

render with modifier:

render with applied:

I can not reproduce the problem.
Do I have to do any extra steps?
When I open the file and press F12, I see this:

Hmm.. Maybe I din't update luxcore! upd: I have beta4 now, problem persist

upd: yep, if you open file and press f12, there will be object with applied modifier to render
You should choose layer[0], then render.

You have the render subdivisions set to 2, but viewport to 6.
Set render to the same as viewport.

Thank you very much!

for some reason I didn't expect subdivision on render be lesser than viewport no matter what the numbers are... that was not very smart of me :?
