You need to pack your textures if you want to give them to someone, regardless of the render engine.
You can also put them in a zip file together with the .blend, but packing is more convenient.

Hello

Thanks to your advice normalmapa has started to work.

I have one more question where is Denoising located?

It is described here: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=335#p3884

By the way, the lighting in your scene is set up a bit strange.
For example the huge sphere light. It seems way too big, it even clips into the ceiling and ground. It is like having a giant glowing ball hanging in the room.
I would shrink this sphere light radius down to the size of a usual lamp.

Stuff like normal maps depend a bit on the lighting. If the whole room is lit very uniformly, it seems like the normalmaps are not visible.
But if you have lighting with more contrast, casting dark shadows, you will see the normalmaps better.

Thanks for the advice - I will adjust the lighting

I will show you the effects - I have already done this scene in cycles.

For me, you can not see the denoising panel.

You need v2.1alpha0 or alpha1.
alpha1 is available here: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=400

Hello

I installed LCR 2.1 so I think, and intel add-ons. At the moment I have no LCR engine in the blender - and I do not know what to do next.

Hello

After removing the LCR and the installation for the second time - the LCR 2.1 installation has been successful and is denoising
