Re: Can't install BlendLux
It would be good to have the error message in english.
Can you translate it for us?
Or start a terminal (cmd.exe), change the locale to english, then execute Blender from this terminal? (If you need further help here, just ask)
Are you using the official 2.79b from blender.org?
Custom builds and buildbot builds are not supported.

Re: Can't install BlendLux
Hi,
On the last line it says:
Import Error:DLL load failed: Impossible to locate the specified module:
Thanks so much for your help.

Re: Can't install BlendLux
Are you using the OpenCL version on a system without OpenCL support ? Does LuxMark work on the same system ?
Re: Can't install BlendLux
Unfortunately this error message is not a big help.
This guy had the same error, but it happened because he started the wrong Blender installation by accident:
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=335&p=3890&hilit=importerror#p3890
And this user had a strange PATH configuration apparently:
https://github.com/LuxCoreRender/BlendL ... issues/138
But it can be caused by a lot of stuff.

Re: Can't install BlendLux
I had also an error with LuxCoreRender v2.1alpha1 binaries. Blender didn't helped much: Import Error:DLL load failed, but LuxCoreUI complained a missing DLL: libmmd.dll from Redistributable libraries for the Intel® C++ https://software.intel.com/en-us/articl ... or-windows. After installing that, it works.
Re: Can't install BlendLux
Thank you for all the help. Here's a long storie.
I have a GTX1060 6Gb and I think this problem appeared after a driver update because I had LuxCoreRender with OpenCl working before.
I tried to run Luxmark and it said that Opencl.dll was missing. After that I updated the drivers of the GPU but after the upgrade the computer shows a blue screen with the error IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL and even rebooting didn't make it go away. The only thing it let me do was to reset windows to default instalation.
I did, reinstall Blender and LuxCore but only the not OpenCl version works and Luxmark still says that OpenCL is missing.
I think the computer is all mess up and I need to finish some work on it!
At least the non OpenCL is working to save the day.

Re: Can't install BlendLux
Just to let know that a clean install of the nvidia drivers resolve all the situation and everything works like it should again.
