RGB masks

Any ideas how to render RGB mask for using in compositing? I tried material id, but the edge is not antialised and when exported I got weird values (maybe I used wrong settings to export).Also using material id pass outside blender is difficult. RGB mask would be nice addition, but right now I couldn't really come up with efficient method. If it could be used in a similar way like material id, it would be awesome.
