I find light strategy log power and power VS uniform to be in the end of 2 extreme looks.
The power and log power with metropolis will overweight all samples from blue sky with yellow sunset sun.
And the uniform only samples blue sky (but maybe with some time it finds sun).

I used as light source this free HDRi maps.
