Animation Node Bug

I'm running into an issue currently with blender 2.83/2.9 + 2.5 combo. When doing animation node tree are not animated. i have two file to reproduce the issue. Is someone else have that ?
the Bug is also reported on Blender Bug tracker but we don't clearly know where it come from : https://developer.blender.org/T80780

Just open and run CTRL + F12. In file 1 the suzanne color should change. In file 2 the pool wave and caustic should be animated.
