Negative values in velvet shader

Hi

I have just posted about the Velvet shader in Discussions but have noticed that I don't appear to be able to enter negative values into the node, even though negative values are showing in the Material Help for this.

Thanks for the report, I fixed it.
p1, p2 and p3 now allow any positive or negative value.
Thickness is now limited to be between 0 and 1.

Note: you will have to delete existing velvet nodes and replace them with a new one, once the next release is out.

Even without the negative values it's an awesome capability. I've been playing around with it for much of this morning! later on I'll try attaching textures to the inputs. :)

This reminds me of a workaround how you can already use negative values:
Attach a "constant value" node (from utils section) to the inputs:
