Roughness workflow problem.

Today I made simple model and textured it in substance painter and render it in Cycles and LuxCore. Idea is to find difference between them in roughness workflow. And I find that LuxCore Glossy shader work slightly different from Cycles Principled. Then I tried to use Luxcore Disney shader, and result become more close to Cycles. Pictures below show difference between all tries - 1.Cycles 2.LuxGlossy 3.LuxDisney

Main question is - how it works? How roughness work in LuxCore? And why dielectric object with no other additions such as SSS nor Translucent can't use Glossy material?
