It is working now and here are the result :
Bidir reference
DEFAULT / RR start 3 strengh (0.5) deph 40
DEFAULT + PGI / RR start 3 strengh (0.5) deph 40
No RR total deph 40
As you can see default russian roulette is close to bidir work well without killing the light quality and detail (it is even brighter). But as soon as PGI is concerned result get darker and less define.

But enabling
env light cache bring back some of the missing light detail .
Default RR for all :
PGI alone
Env + PGI
