Block Risers

Post by CalvinTower »

Some work I did for a furniture company looking to launch a new product. Done entirely in Blender using LuxCoreRender. I used the Bidir engine and ran it for about sixty hours.

The bloom is probably a bit high, but I made the decision in the moment and I stand by it. LuxCoreRender has been my go-to engine for any kind of rendering work since it launched, and LuxRender was my go-to before then.

Nice work here but you already seem to know that that bloom effect is kind of ruining and burning your render, as well as the color saturation that is really on the high side to me (particularly obvious on the second picture in the background).
Would like to see an updated version without all the overdone post treatments !
Cheers

For such high key shots I would recommend to try the filmic color management in Blender. It prevents this typical over-saturated look of the default color space transformation.

Thank you both for the feedback. I'll keep them in mind for the next one.
