I've the feeling that luxcore produce sharper and cleanner result more than before. I've to compare.

I remember the times when this scene was killing any OpenCL driver.
Good that the drivers are better now, even when they still have their quirks here and there.

Looking good. :D

There are some differences to the original though, most notably are nickel parts smoother in this version; anisotropic reflections on chrome are also missing. As far as I remember, I had to simplify a few materials in order to avoid driver bugs. Would be interesting to try to recreate it again as close as possible to the classic Lux version.

Yup, at the time, OpenCL drivers had a hell of problems to render this image.
