I see you moved the tree through the door farther away, I would try to move it visually farther away yet, if possible, to give the door some 'room'.
I would also suggest a tiny bumpy-ness/wavy-ness at the hanging edge of the cloth on the center table.
The bricks of the fireplace seem too perfect, a little mussing up the edges or maybe slight color variation, something.

For this render i use filmic
Hardest part to make was candle in glass.But this detail not so noticeble :D
