Here is another render.
I tried to use displacement for the ground but the processing time was a bit long.

Very nice simple outdoor scene, I like the concrete material and the subtle bevel of the walls.

Texturing is great with no repetition visible. For your texture of concrete, you use a 4k / 8k for this result ?
