Devil's pool
A scene I started some days ago. Everything is still in quite experimental phase, finding colors composition etc. But I think it is going to be a fun experience. I've experienced quite a lot of crashes, when doing undo mostly. But overall I'm pleased with performance.

It would be great if you could elaborate a bit (maybe open a separate thread or github issue).Egert_Kanep wrote: ↑Sat Jul 07, 2018 9:14 am I've experienced quite a lot of crashes, when doing undo mostly.
What exactly where you doing before the undo?
Does it happen every time you do this, or is it random?
Does it happen in a fresh scene, too (factory reset)?
Are you rendering in viewport while it crashes? If yes, on CPU or on GPU?
What's your operating system?

It looks as though it's going to be awesome and I'm looking forward to seeing the progress.
I particularly like the skull on the right.

Looks good!
A suggestion: you could distribute petals on the water surface, to bring some color into the scene.

Some new changes. I feel like it is not far now from being finished. But the last 10% take always the most time

Re: Devil's pool
For me the ambient light in the last one is too bright. It somehow defeats the purpose of the candles. It also casts a dictracting hard shadow on the bright skull. I liked the light in the previous version a bit better. But overall nice work so far.
