Today, I repeated the test from a different PC and the HTTP response is the identical this time but chrome and the others didn't show the correct website. I tried to access the site via my ISP at home and the mobile provider of my mobile phone which uses chrome but the same result.
i7 5820K, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2080 SUPER + GTX 1080, Windows 10 64bit, Blender 2.83.5

I have tried Edge, Internet Explorer and Firefox on Windows PC, Chrome and DuckDuckGo browser on Android phone.
I can see it correctly only with Firefox.
My location is Italy.

Commenting "$response->header( 'Content-Encoding: identity' );" seems to have done the job:

They screwed big time ... this mess in a minor update
