LuxCoreRender is a complete rewrite from scratch, thin film interference hasn't been removed as it was never in LuxCoreRender, it may be added in 2.3 with the material rewrite possibly :)

I would appreciate having thin film and iridescence as part of some uber material (maybe based on disney principled) as well. But it needs to be on demand like dispersion I think.

One way or another requests and demands on luxcore are growing with userbase. Wish monetary support would grow as well. But I guess that's coming too since potential is really big with this renderer.
